President a Muslim? 18% say yes

Baraack may profess not to be a Muslim but by his actions, he is.

Of course, his father was a Muslim and by his actions and words he behaves like a Muslim.

Let's see....who does he defend, who does he bow too, who's ring does he kiss, what religious holidays does he celebrate on White House property, etc. We are not completely stupid. Actions do speak louder than words. Could it be that the percentge who believe he is not a Muslim are the ones who have been duped?

I don't trust any President that openly pushes his religious beliefs on the American people, regardless of those beliefs. Take your faux-Christianity and shove it up your arse.

It is not illegal to be Muslim in America. I don't believe he is, but so what? We should be talking about jobs, the problems in the Gulf, and REAL problems like that. Come on people.

You might think he is a Muslim because he seems tolerant toward Muslims, but idiot, that is not enough to consider him a Muslim. Actions speak louder, don't they, George Bush the hypocrite who says Islam is the religion of peace and the war against terrorism is not a war against Islam or Muslims yet he massacred innocent Muslims of Iraq and Afghanistan, he ruined their lives and gave cancers to their infants. Obama is another hypocrite. Don't think allowing Muslims to build a mosque near Ground Zero will make your crimes against them forgiven.

He's 100% Muslim and their motto is "Smile in their faces and curse them in your heart."

THAT's what he's doing and that's why he wants the Mosque built at Ground Zero to mock America.

The fact that only 18-20% Americans, most probably hypocritical republicans, believe he's a Muslim, says it all.

Even greater percentage is reported to believe Apollo 11 never made it to moon, 9/11 was an inside job, etc etc.

I believe he supports the Muslim faith, Allah, and the Muslim movement while not practicing the faith.
His major alligence seems to be to himself.

There is a bibical test for a Christian......has he publicly confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour.......

Someone should have the intestinal fortitude to ask him publicly and see what his answer would be.....
My guess is he would go around the answer and say his faith is a private matter to him......

I don't believe that he is religious at all. I think he goes to church and talks of God because that is an unofficial qualification to hold elected office in the United States.

I look forward to the day that we have an openly atheist president.

18% are idiots then. It's fairly obvious to anyone with a brain that Obama is an atheist. He grew up in a non-religious household and miraculously found Jesus right before he went into politics. I for one am stoked that one of my bretheren is in office even if he won't admit it to anyone.

That video of him professing his muslim faith is the ONLY reason I voted for McCain. The ONLY reason.

More than 18% now know he supports Islam first and foremost. His actions in office have proven that.

I would guess 1 out 3 people are on to him. After his announcement that he backs the terrorists' mosque, the numbers are probably closer to 50/50. And those numbers will continue to rise. Wait and see.
