Having said that, who cares? Rush is upset because the NFL won't let him buy a team. Where does it say he has any right to an NFL team? The NFL could exclude him for any reason, good, bad, or non-existent.
What I'm more interested in is the hypocrisy shown by conservatives who are exercised about this, but jumped on the bandwagon when Rush sought to have Ward Churchill fired. He's the former U of Colorado professor who appallingly called 9/11 victims "little Eichmann's." Then it was okay to fire someone based on something they said.
Apparently only conservatives have free speech rights.

Just when you think that you have seen and heard everything, some fecal matter with feet, that tries to pass himself off as a legitimate representative of his people, files suit against Rush Limbaugh! It wasn't that long ago, when people like tawana brawley's hero, would simply disappear, never to be seen or heard from again. I can't wait for the pendulum to swing back in that direction.
