Mendham Township officials considering lawsuit against former owner of neglected cats

Mendham Township is not suing anyone over this issue. It is Chester that is considering a lawsuit, not Mendham Township, whose kind hearted officials are happy to let its facilities be used to help neuter, house, and care for these poor but beautiful cats and kittens until they are adopted. Cheers to Mendham Township. Boo to the Star Ledger for getting it very wrong.
