I don't know this Cop/Officer who done the shooting but I do know a Cop/Officer who is commission by Washington County Sheriff Dept. and he is mace happy.This officer lost his job as a park ranger for being mace happy.
He had a guy in handcuffs on the ground and still spray pepper mace on this man on his privates area and in this mans eyes.
This man had burns so bad on his private area he had to go to the emergency room after they let him out of jail.
The man serve time for cussing the cop out after being maced.
They thought the man was breaking and entering and when the officer found out the man wasn't breaking and entering he charged him for cussing him out after he was maced.
I would cuss someone out for putting pepper spray in my eyes and on my privates.
4 years in prison for this, How corrupt is this?
This officer needs to clean up his own back yard first and clean up his druggie wife up and her daughter.
Washington County and ST.Francois County and surrounding Countries all have the same Judges,Proscuters.
These towns are corrupt!
There are cops/officers whom are buddies with the Judges,Proscuters and the list goes on and on...
So how can someone prove an officer done anything to anyone in the woods, on a dirt county road?
Someday they will get caught it is just a matter of time!
Mace works so why the shooting happened is beyond me.Mace em" and jump out of the way. Once maced they can't see if you think not ask an officer to mace ya and see.

A police officer's peace cannot be disturbed, which means that.....sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never harm me. You can SAY anything you want to a cop and there is nothing legally he can do to you, unless you make some sort of threat.(I don't advise this in this area-the cops around here have a chip on their shoulders and might shoot you or something) So I am assuming that this person did something more than just cuss the cop out if he got four years, but he also has a lawsuit if he was harmed in anyway. The cop had no legal reason to spray the guy in the groin area....have him check into the lawsuit. We have too many police officers that get away with too much crap!!! My sister was in court over a traffic ticket and she tried to tell the judge what really happened.... he just told her that he would ALWAYS believe "his officer" no matter what.....so there goes you good ole boy system. He had said something about his officer being professional.....she said, "I am a nurse....you trust me save the lives of your daughters or wives but you don't trust me when I am telling you about a traffic offense(or lack there of). In most cases I can see this but he didn't even want to hear her. She has never been in any kind of trouble, just a few traffic tickets. I know that a lot of cops are bad, I have seen it with my own two eyes. They are power hungry, backstabbing, bastards. Oh, and all of you women out there that are in a relationship with a cop..........I have worked around a lot of cops and there have only been a handful that did not cheat!!!!!!! I would say that 95% of them do, make that 98% of them cheat. There are women(whores) that speciffically search for uniforms....they don't care about who is in it, they just want to sleep with cops!!!! Girls, if this is you, go to the academy and get a job as a cop so that you can have a little self respect.... if you work with them, you will no longer be impressed by them. They are just guys with a little power. Most of them become cops just so that they can push people around. I would advise staying away. If you want a uniform, go military.

I just reread my comments above....and something did not come out as I intended.....when I said that I don't advise that in this area, I meant saying anything you want to a police officer. You deserved to be maced if you threaten him/her.

The man was on his brother property when they thought he was breaking and entering.
Once the Officer found out this man had permission to be on his brother propert the Officer still look for ways to arrest this man.Of course the Officer had to find a reason for this man was done hand cuffed,maced and beat.
If he would have let this man go this officer knows he would have been in serious trouble for the beating and the mace.
The officer buddy is the proscuter in this case if this tells you anything at all.
The Judge made it know in court she hardly goes against her proscuters.
This Officer is still today getting away with ruining people lives and mace happy.
If an Officer tells the Judge you did it that's it for the Judge believes Officer over Citizens no matter if the Officer is lying or not!

Not that I needed someone to confirm what I say. I think that most people know that this goes on, but thank you for backing me up. Keep it up! Expose all of those scum sucking pigs.....then all of the real cops can actually do their jobs.

What is the officers name? They don't know who you are. So tell everyone who he is and maybe if enough people come forward, he will lose his job. They don't like bad cop publicity.

all this crap that is going on ,people who have never lived in potosi simply put just dont know,i have ,and that is why i refuse to raise my children there,yes the cops in potosi r extremely BIG HEADED!!!! I grew up with half of them (the cops)and they themeselves ran from the law before they became cops so ya know what there r alot of crooked ones in potosi u cant even drive through potosi w out one of them pulling u over to see who u r!when will it stop?

What has been said can be summed up; if the top dogs are bad so will those under them be...the mother on the mixture does not always protect the mixture....sure jell...or sure jail...???when we pick the ones we want to prosecute because the ones wanting the prosecution have money and supply a community with merhandise, when we send boys to prison instead of the grown men that lead the child to destruction, when we can't subdue the boys in our public schools to be our playthings, we put them in your jails (note not our jails..because our kind don;t go there)we put the boys there to get them there to watch them raped...when bad is bad it is totally bad and there is more to be said then emotional overload on a dark night with the mentally ill on both sides of the law...there is no heaven in the governmental places of man...there is only...imagine...serve or be served>

I want to know, why every dispatcher in Washington County has their own police car to drive.

At their suggestion I contacted the convicted killer, an inmate at Potosi. I realize I need to know a LOT more about prison conditions and not only from the inmate's point of view. Would you be willing to give me some of your time, maybe in an e-conversation? If not you, perhaps someone you suggest or another reader of this forum could enlighten me.
