School Says Girl Lied About Immigration Poster Assault

She should have never filed the false report. I could tell while she was on the news that something was not right with her story, any child her age would cry, if she had to retell the story of someone telling her they will rape her. She needs help, no child should tell a outright lie about being beaten and almost raped. There are millions of children that are raped, and what she did what a crime.

What was the video tape about if it is not this girl?

She has a right to protest, she just went the wrong way about it. Lying is not the way to get people to listen to you. She needs her butt kicking for what she did.

While school officials are so eager to ask police to file criminal charges, which may or may ot be warranted. What I have gathered about this story is that the school suspended 3 hispanic students accused of the attack. The 3 that were suspended I am sure said something to the effect, We didn't attack her. The school took this girls word against the word of 3 hispanic students. They had video survalance that they could have reviewed before suspending these 3 students but they chose to suspend first, investigate later. While law inforcement is investigating possible criminal chanres against the accuser, I hope someone is investigating charges against the school administration or at least termination. The school adminastration did not hestitate to put serious blemishes on the records of these 3 hispanic stundents with out first reviewing the videos.

If we all stop for a moment to truly think about this, it's not about a poster, it's not about a lie that was told, it's not even really about illegal immigration.....It's about what happens to us as individuals when this type of issue arises. Race is and will continue to be an issue as long as we are not willing to look at ourselves in the mirror....to look up close and personal at the ugliness inside that shows up outwardly in the form of racism and hate. Until we learn to love others like Christ loves us, we will continue to be in this perpetual cycle that in the end will destroy us all.

Only tough on liars. I am a parent of a 10yr. old daughter and a 6 yr.old son I think it's fair to say this kind nonsense will not happen in my household.(with Gods help) I also think parents need to be more involved with their kids to avoid matters like this one. Mad Mexican American, I'm sorry, truly. My 10 year old grandchild was molested by her father who was very sadistic and cruel. My apologies for being rude and overly sensitive. The girl does deserves punishment, it certainly wasn't fair for the ones lied on.

Maybe she should be required to process medicaid forms for illegals or even work in the hospitals emergency room collections department for community service. That will teach her. Her protest was right on! She did take it too far and there should be some sort of consequences, starting with an apology to the classmates she lied about.

Thank you M.M.A. Yes He is living in Malakoff with her now.You wouldn't think for a minute he would be quilty of this evil. IT's our prayer he will ROT in prison but it seems animal abuse carries a larger penality.
