School Says Girl Lied About Immigration Poster Assault

This girl's parents knew what kind of poster she took to school and also knew what kind of rise you would get from a different race of people and still let her go to school with this poster. Our world will never have peace with other races nor within our races at the rate we are going. How can a 13 yr old create such a racist idea if it did not come from her homelife. When it was the minority kids who "attacked" her by her own story, her parents were going to call the FBI but now that the shoe is on the other foot, only the local police are involved...get the picture?

Of coarse most of you seem to be hung up on LEGALLY prosecuting this girl. But seem to forget what the poster was about. Not race but ILLEGAL immigrants. As soon as they are all rounded up and prosecuted then you can prosecute the girl.

oh my goodness, all these children need to have community service as punishment. Several hours of it.

HMMM...I wonder if you would have all of this to say if it wasnt discovered that the girl was a big, fat LIAR? She should be punished for what she has caused. If you really want to support a cause such as stopping illegal immigration, no one is going to listen to your views or take your cause seriously if you do something like accusing someone of something they didn't do just to make another person look bad. Whatever cause you are supporting you have just taken a step backwards for that cause.

The parents of the hispanic child need to file a civil suit against the school and parentS of the child.
One, for the school that did not review the tape before going public and for put the hispanic child in house suspension with investigating the incident
Two, for the girl that lied and went on live television she need to be charged with a hate crime and the hispanic parents need to contact the F.B.I

The girl needs to get out of town and
the children parents need to get a law for the humiliation the was giving to them by both the school and the stupid girl.

YES!!! by all means file charges on her and to the fullest. she knew right from wrong. this is just what is wrong with the world today. one race blamming another race just for attention. the other girls should NOT be punished just for taking down the racist poster . let them back in school and punish the LIAR big time.

you can't really blame the parents. at 13 you know what is right and what is wrong. the parents i am sure were not standing beside her telling her to harm herself and then blame it on another . nope , the girl is at fault her self.

Aren't we all missing the point here? The girl was WRONG to lie, she caused a lot of problems for the boys and the discipline they received will be on their record. She should be assigned to an alternative school for the rest of the school year for filing a false report AND she should have to attend therapy - she has issues that only a professional can assist her with.

if she was my daughter i would spank her butt good, and she would be grounded for the rest of the school, plus apologize to the other kids and their families and the entire school. when my own daughter was in the 9th grade and wanted to take drivers ED, i enrolled her and paid for it. she decided not to mind me and i told her i would pull her out of the drivers ED class. she said yea right! the very next day i went and got my money back and pulled her out. she had to wait another year to take it. and she learned listen and do NOT smart off to her parents.

I hear you very clearly. you are so right! but she did know better. we brought our daughter up that everyone is the same. there are NO colors except in a box of crayons. small children do not see color or race, they only see friends. why can't everyone be like a small child and make friends with everyone. you are right about it coming from her home life and that is so sad that her parents taught her that way. and she will more than likely teach her children to be racist also.

I see two guilty parties here-one for filing a false police report and the others for theft. Those who think what the poster said is racist need to look at themselves. It is possible the girl had racist intentions but thats beside the point. There was nothing wrong with what her poster said the problem was who saw it. If I was an illegal immigrant I would have a problem with it, but why is it that Latinos as a majority have a big problem with the term illegal immigration? Why because they are the majority when it comes to illegal immigration. Its about ignorance.
