Well, think about. That big bunny just hoppin' along, handin' out those candy eggs to just anyone...
Surely you can see that this is a plot against the good Capitalist?
As you must know he's right around the corner, tryin' to sell them very eggs.

Breman, you're allowing Topix to ruin your mind. You make up some crazy things to stimulate a discussion. Why don't you try to get a new hobby? I've been incorporating new ones. This comment was meant with the greatest sincerity possible.

I know, but considering DrNo likes to talk against socialism, and you like to talk about welfare reform, that this would be perfect. Can't you just se him with his big ears? Waving them at you?

It's too late. Even the Easter Bunny can't escape the trashiness of socialism.

In days gone by, the Easter Bunny was one of the first lessons of capitalism learned by children. The Easter Bunny would hide the candy and the kids would have to work (hunt) to find the candy.
The reward of their hard efforts was of course, the candy.

Nowadays, the Easter Bunny, more often than not, represents socialism in which he gives the children their candy all wrapped up in a nice Easter Basket with no effort on the part of the children.

So, traditionally the Easter Bunny is a capitalist and uneducated parents of today have changed his role to that of a socialist.

I'll have to take your word for that for now. Santa is definitely communist though. After all, he stores all the goods, and only distributes to good party members.

Not true, King Tut. Santa is also a capitalist. The requirement for children is to "be good for goodness sake" in order to receive gifts from Santa. That's their job, being good. The reward for their good behavior is toys. Kids make the special effort to be good all year long in the hopes they will be rewarded with toys from Santa. Santa, of course represents capitalism.
Kids work (be good) for toys (reward).

In communist countries where there is no Christmas, all the goods are controlled by the government and rationed out to all the people. The people are all good under a communist rule as the bad ones are taken to the forest and shot in the head.

Valentine's Day was good times in grade school.
Almost as good as Halloween and Christmas.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Gemini

You're in a warm-hearted and generous mood today, especially when dealing with loved ones and members of the family. You want to give them as much of your time as possible, and also to do anything else that will keep them happy. The only snag will come if you're trying to spread yourself too thin and you end up making promises that will be difficult, if not impossible, to keep. You may forget all about them but other people won't.
