There is more help this day an time. My sibling and I was raise in the 60s an 70s when a man married a woman, had kids they were his property. Even when you ask for help noone would step up to help the women or the children. That is why there is so many adults that with problems today. Now people do report things although in many cases children are over looked an social workers fail the children

I agree. Some people have everything in the world going for them and still find a way to screw up.

I love my family but life growing up was hard. I mad it. I have lost three brothers . Two I blame on my parents. My brothers grow up with my parents drinking, they snuck an drank at 9, 10 yes old. They found when they drank things didn't hurt so bad. Being called 'bast.rds, son of ''',Not worth the gun power to blow your brains out. Now their both gone.So even if I Made it, it still affect every child in the home.So their lives as children were hard, when they died the were called drunks. To me they were my baby brothers!

I never talked about my life, a month ago the second twin got killed. I'm hoping that the next time someone sees someone they want to judge Remember their life may have been hard, maybe! Not always there may been more pain there than you can see.

People that judge others and call them names simply do not think that someone may have gone through something so horrible that resulted in them making some very bad choices in life. You have that and that sets you apart from them. Pity them and go on with your life. Cherish every good memory you have of your baby brothers.

I believe I know who you are from posts I have read and I feel really badly for your loss. I hope you can find the place within yourself to make peace with what happend with your brother. It is a tragic situation and one that I am convinced is hard for everyone involved.

It is hard for most, when a person can hit someone with a car an take pics of the windshield where my brothers head hit, zoom in and show people hair and blood i have to pray for them because the heart either has to be cold or soul is lost. I just pray someday they see what pain is about and life is not just fun and games.

I was abused, beat up continually, went through horrible verbal cruelty and endured extreme mental cruelty myself and just got out of that relationship several years ago. I know how abusive and controlling men can scare away family and friends, take control of the money, cars e.t.c. and keep a woman in a living hell and she can't get any help from police, social workers or anybody..partly cause she gets afraid to even tell anybody or just gives up on getting any protection or help from anybody or any place. I was also abused by family members when I was growing up. Sometimes life can seem so very unfair. I really sympathize with people in these situations. I'm sorry for all the women who are in these abusive relationships and especially for the little children being beaten and abused. Society has and is failing sooo many children. I wish there was more money for the systems to provide services to women and children and shelters available to help these families, women and children. We need safe places for people being mistreated to go and get help.

More help is needed, if there wasn't so many abusing the system there would be more help for the ones that really need it. I have heard people talk about using these shelters only to get an apartment and help and all they have to do is say the man threatened them.It makes it hard one the ones that really do need help and that's sad.
