Okay, let's be serious here just for a moment.
IF you are not Sam, that only leaves one other alternative.
She knows nothing about all this and you are really an imposter posing as her, and playing an elaborate hoax with topix users in order to defame the real SJM's character, for whatever reason by acting like a total bitch and intentionally leaving clues all over topix that would lead back to her elsewhere online in order to stir up anger against her.

I don't know her well, but I really do know who she is and never had anything against her until I came to topix and butted heads with you "boo".

So for just a moment let's say that boo really isn't Sammi, then that means YOU must really dislike her for some reason. Are you a co worker, neighbor, ex-friend, ex-boyfriend, ex-girlfriend, some other type of ex-lover, or just some psycho obsessed with her, etc?

I just followed the clues from topix that link boo back to SJM, there is no denying that they do in fact exist to anyone who just looks into it. And I may not be a lawyer, but anyone who is interested in investigating further into the true identity of topix user "boo" may wan't to look at the legality of what you are doing IF you truly are an imposter posing as her. So I would encourage any law enforcement, or attourneys on topix to take a closer look at who "boo" really is.

WHY...lets see because my husband has worked at somc for 11 yrs now..i used to work(had a good paying job) but i got sick and had to have surgery and i still am not able to work...so in order to pay bills including a huge hospital bill and keep food on the table,we had to get help from the government...we have young children and they both get a medical card in which he pays into it...my husband and i PAY for insurance from the hospital but its expensive.....not everyone that works at somc has a high paying job.....your number one priority is to help the patient..not stick your nose up at them because YOU think they are scum...i know alot of families that had high paying jobs,nice houses and vehicles but when the economy fell,they lost everything...they had to resort to help from the government..you need to realize that that could be YOU one day..What would you do if it was you and the only job you could get was in a fast food resturant with NO insurance..God forbid you get sick and had to be admitted to the hospital because YOU would be the one getting treated like SCUM or at least you hope not!!!!!!!!![QUOTE who="Reeba Collier RN"<quoted text>

And you wonder what is wrong with SOMC, "treated the way you deserve", "good insurance plan and then we will treat you right!" I not only had one good insurance but had secondary with spouse. Still got shitty treatment. Any hospital that keeps Wheeler in ER, is bona fide stupid. Both me and my spouse are nurses, went in told them "stroke symptoms", sat in ER for 1 and 1/2 hours without being seen by nurse or dr, went to station 3-4 times and was ignored. They were busy, talking about dates and movies. Threatened to call squad to go to real hospital and finally/hesitantly was seen. Got treated like dope head. Had stroke outside time frame for appropriate treatment despite constantly asking to be seen. Funny that their employees don't even want to go there, got so bad that they have insurance now at SOMC that if they provide the service and you don't go there it is not paid for. If they are so good why do that. I will drive the extra 45 minutes and risk death to go to KDMC, Hell I will go to Pike. Can't wait for KDMC to build one in Ptown, then we may have a hospital.

Really? How many people have come into the hospital and left with staph?.. A business owner by the way in town that had to go out of town (Virgina) just to get the right treatment. SOMC's solution to fix their mistake amputate his foot.Virgina let him leave with his foot and the staph completely healed. AND HIS INSURANCE WAS EXCELLENT!! My grandma's mastectomy was completely butchered also great insurance.. And the fact you nurse's/doctor's take an oath to treat patients whether their insurance is great or not.. Maybe this message should be reported

All hospitals have good and bad stories. Somc has had a bad name for years, but I thought they were getting better. A friend of mine had a awful experience at kdmc just last week. I have heard rumors for years that kdmc was building a hospital in Portsmouth. Maybe they will hire all the staff at somc.
