Iam very curious as to why a while back when they was looking for that missing girl who turned up dead i think around shawnee forest.
The fire dept found all these cars under the water on the Court street landing and ole Barney i mean Horner stopped them from having them removed?
Said the city would encurr the tow bill.
Why wouldnt you want to remove a car that is leaking oils and so forth from the river from which we drink?
At the time they didnt know where that girl was, she could have been in one of them!

And who in hell lets their car roll into the river and jus hops a ride home and says "All well"?

No doubt those cars are stolen and people would proly like to know where and what happen to them.

I have a tow truck am i allowed to go remove these at my own expense?
At my own risks?
I can store them at my impound yard for free of charge.
My brother is a scubba diver and can hook them up.
I'd like to see them out of the water that i drink and everyone else down stream.
Are they hiding something or just dont wanna do the work investigating why they are there?
Can somebody give me a answer or a clue?

And further more, if Portsmouth can apold a group of people who went underwater for a "Rock" that should have been left alone, why wouldnt they want these cars out of the water? Maybe some of these missing women of the past are in them cars and they dont wanna uncover anything.....hmmmm

If I were you I'd call the police before you do anything. Or maybe a free consultation with an attorney instead. I wouldn't just go do it. If something is being hidden or covered up, you could get into a world of trouble for retrieving them.

O yes, i would definately seek counsel for sure.
I can buy this "We dont have the resources" crap only so much.

Is it that they dont have the resources or is it they just wanna leave well enough alone?

Ive heard that line used on everything from a barking dog complaint to theft to drugs and to prostitutes.

Do very little, dont piss no one off and keep your election buddies happy is the name of the game in P Town.

Keep George Gerlach happy
Keep Neal Hatcher happy
Keep a few other behind the scenes fellers happy..

The world will work its own problems out.....
Am i not right?

O....And only touch your own "Rocks"

What else that amazes me, a thief can break into your place of business or home for that matter and they wont even fingerprint unless its a murder....

How hard is it to fingerprint? and run it through ?
When you have fresh latent prints where fingerprints shouldnt be, there only accurate for a short time, they will tell you that prints from a month ago is may not work, done fingerprints all the time and they teach that in OPOTA.......hmmmmmmm

I don't think they are actually "issued" the tools for fingerprinting, unless they are detectives. I'm not even sure they are given the training to do fingerprinting. I'm not 100% sure.

Your kinda right Lynn,
Usually detectives do the prints.
But every "Cadet" is trained in the Opota training to "Lift" prints.
I think have the time there is only one kit and they have to track down somebody that has one.
They dont wanna lift prints unless its a murder.
When all your hardworking, hard earned dollar is stolen right out of your home, it feels like murder, when you the law abiding, tax paying, do gooder, gets violated and theres no soothing ointment, whats worse than murder?
Ask the hard working honest girl in Wheelersburg that yes works 2 jobs and does live at Miller Manor with her son !!!!!!!!!!
Tonight she just had everything they ever owned stolen, burglarized through the window and do you think they care about a set of prints that when ran through the data bank and could get a suspect within minutes to help find her stuff before its scattered?
Nope
We dont do prints, we are short on help, dont have sense enough to get on it and nip in the butt, but now if they come back and kill you we will try to get some prints and try and get a suspect, meanwhile your hard earned working dollar just went up someones nose..........
If you are really concerned on catching anyone, put a print kit in every cruiser.......

To the Lady and her 12 year old son who lost everything to some low life, iam sorry it happen to you.
You have been a victim twice.
Once from the theif or theives
And secondly from the law who dont do prints or even shoe print tracking.........

portsmouth is probably hiding a lot.there has been so much that has went on here that we never hear about. its as though it is swept under the rug. but it really doesnt matter. this town was lost long ago, and there is no bringing it back.

They're hiding everything that they can and have for many years. All city officials are corrupt and have been for years. You've got key people in key places to cover each others butts. This is and has been a very well organized operation that's been going on for as long as I can remember. The whole town, goverment and judical system should be investigated. One good source to do this would be the Ohio Bureau of Investigation for all of the corruption here in town. The OBI is in Columbus,Oh. and if enough people would call and complain about this. They would definitly look into this. One other town close by was investigated by them and the town is in deep trouble right now. So don't think for one minute that they won't do anything about it and investigate Portsmouth. So people if you want something done then call the OBI and tell them what's going on here. They'll be glad you did.

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Leo

If there have been slight tensions or frictions between you and a loved one recently, this is the perfect day to get them out into the open, thrash them out and then forget about them. Things could get quite heated in the process but don't worry because they'll work out all right in the end. Put as much energy into kissing and making up as you did in arguing!
