Partytime/Paulette's is a skankhole. I hate to go there. The only good thing about it is that that banned smoking!!

i think the bar is laid back. and when you ask ppl that go to noggins if they go their, they always say its a dirty butt bar, but guess what before the nights over i always see ppl from noggins at party times. so really it's just a place to have a good time and dance and drink a lil bit.

finally,someone is telling it like it really is.HEY HEY is right. everyone wants to talk sh** about PartyTime,but eveyone goes there.On the weekends you cant get through the door.you can always have a good time there.as far as the barmaids,they have always been nice to me and everyone that goes in there with me.how could anyone hate tammy,she always has a smile on her face.party time has my vote.

Party Time is the most packed bar in town i can't believe that people really talk bad about it there but will fight to get in the door is so true Tammy is the sweetest must kindest person in the world she woud never do anything out of the way to anyone unless they deserved it. this is portsmouth,drugs and loose women are everywhere,but do ppl think they only go to partytime? they are in every bar,grocery store,carryout,gas station,church,&restaurant in town. hell,you can buy drugs,get laid, all while your waiting on your pizza on the trail.
