Staker's went to his house. If they had done things the legal way then we wouldn't be voting Guilty or Not Guilty. So I 100% blame them, GUILTY and he/they should get more than 4 years. Death penalty is what he/they should get..

Not guilty. Perfect example of self defense. This brave young man was standing up for what was his and then had the courage to defend himself. A brave young man an this will be a fine example of how f.d up our country is. The "have nots" are outnumbering the hard working few of this country.

Omg after reading several ignorant comments had to chime back in. one of the first things the officer told us in the ccw class was if you shot always always shot to kill an if you shot once your justified to keep shootin. Make sure the jobs done because its 100% gaurenteed your going to be sued. And as f.d up as this world is the shooter is the bad guy. No matter what the situation is the stories are not going to match up. so this young man stood up for what was right and should be admired.
