im all for throwing out weed cases but if it would have been me or you it wouldnt have been thrown out and record sealed

It's got to come down on them now, seriously I'm gonna start calling the state upers on a daily basis , we can't let them get away with this crap any more!

If it had been any one of us, we'd also be charged with a dui, dwi, or ovi.
I don't care what the laws are, just as long as they're fair, and apply to everyone.
Someone Whom I Know (SWIM) got charged this last weekend with a dui, for just having one half burnt in their pocket. They couldn't pee though, so they did away with the person's license for five years, without a judge or anyone else having any say, just the one cop.
The person begged for a blood test, but the police seemed to be threatening to catheterize the person once there, so they were too afraid.
Am I wrong when I say this place is disgustingly corrupt, unjust, and the laws are undeniably oppressive?

Legalization of Canibus should have been done long ago Not near as bad as alcohol.

Only an idiot would say legalize crime against another person like rape or robbery.

Marijuana...gateway drug? Horse sh!t. ALcohol is the true gateway to lost lives.

Time for the people to bring this injustice to the boallt for a vote.

Judges and lawyers should be held to the same level of justice as the masses. Know both and have no animosity for either...both know marijuana...both should lead the charge for legalization. How about it Russ and Rick? Be a man!

It's not about legalization tis about certain individuals getting away with sht the rest of us are being burned at the stake for, it's illegal and straight up pisses me off, but I do get where you are coming from:)

What matters is that we as a community that are aware of things like this have to make sure they don't get away with it, why should sould some one that that commits the same crime as another get different treatment as another who is of a different social stattus(friends of the judge) it's just not right and we should do some thing!
