Oberlings in Portsmouth

I really hope they go out of business. I bought a car there a couple years ago and 2 wks later the motor went out, thinking o well maybe it just happened and a friend had this to happen to her as well. Looked at 3 vehicles there the other day and they wanted big amounts of money on them so I took them all 3 to get diognostic testings and all 3 had problems with them. I thought well If I get a diagnostic testing this time it would tell me if I was buying a car with issues or not, well all 3 had problems. I must say Im done with Oberlings. I wouldnt suggest anyone go there. I took them the diagnostic reports and we drove by there, they parked the vehicles right back out there and didnt even budge the price! crazyyyyy!! So what Ive learned about the used vehicles, if you want a good one that will last go to Dennys in Portsmouth or out of town, because I have delt with so many around here and dennys is the only good place I have delt with.

To be honest, it sounds like you are pushing for one used car dealer by mentioning them ONLY. If you deal in used cars that much, you must be hard on a vehicle. You sound like you are commercializing Denny's.
Be like everyone else on here and start a thread, wait a while, then post under another name to respond like you are backing up your claims. Even if you have a valid argument, you lose it by pushing toward a certain business.

a used car is just that,"a used car" check it out like you did and if they don't want to fix it,go someplace else. I sure Denny's never sold a car with something wrong with it,lmao. Buy junk you got junk,if they can't stand behind what they sell piss on them. You buy a car as is,it's your baby to fix. Even brand new cars can be junk,be leave meeee !!!!

most aren't worth the paper they are wrote on.

My husband and I have always bought our vehicles at Oberlings. So far the vehicles were in good shape with no major problems after buying them.

They sit behind a desk and shuffle paperwork money is tight now days and people are driving their new cars longer meaning the used cars are of a lesser quality. Not so long ago a buyer of a new car traded the new car in every two years not many can afford to do this anymore so the used cars are problem cars when the new car buyers get rid of them now.
