SRS needs to be investigated. They do not care about the clients only the money they get for them. Sad but true.

<quoted text>That makes no sense. Your English is so poor I am sure that was you third baby by a third man, right? I worked there too pregnant and they never brought it up. Actually MANY women worked there before, during, and after their pregnancy. If you was let go, I am sure it was because of poor work performance. I think people who instantly attempt law suits are people too lazy to work and what to get rich quick, just saying.
Talk about poor English. Your grammar sucks. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

I have some friends working their they are pulling in so many hours that it is effecting their family life. I guess, from what I hear is that alot of the employees quit because of the lady that does the hiring.

I think it is complete and under bullshit that they let a hard working person go over something as stupid as documentation. But yet they have had people physically abuse their clients and they get a slap on the hand and allowed to return to work. Scioto Residential doesn't give a shit about their clients they are just about making money.

Being a current SRS employee, I do feel I have to comment. The DSPs are the front lines. We give our clients voices. We love them with all we have. I see more of work than I do my own children and family. I've been at SRS for almost 5 years. My clients have made me a better person and have taught me that it is okay to love unconditionally.
If a lawsuit is to be filed, than the investigation needs to go straight to the top and be filed by current employees or by past employees who actually have a just cause. I've seen several people let go and most of those people...deserved it. Most disconcerting though, are the employees who walk out because of the office antics. I've seen that happen several times and those instances to me are the most disappointing, losing good employees to company policies that aren't fair.
SRS needs to revamp itself starting with the office. There are several people who sit behind their closed doors and make rules, regulations, and guidelines that DSPs must follow but they haven't worked a minute with the clients who pay the money that pays their salaries. When the salaried bureaucrats start once again to see the clients as real people with real feelings instead of dollars signs, then SRS will begin to heal the rift between the DSPs and the office staff.
The DSPs are the ones who love the clients, who care for them, who give them their all. We deserve more recognition and less shit.

They are also getting paid time and a half for anything over 40hrs....most are making 27-32 an hour over 40hrs. They love that money. Is their wages coming from Vern riffe school tax renewal?? Just wondering....

They do drug testing. Try finding someone in scioto county who isnt on drugs. Thats why they are short handed. And if you get paid $9.00 an hour as a dsp how does time and a half add up to $27-$32 per hour in overtime. Calculator???
Oh please

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Libra

It's one of those difficult days when anything can and will happen. Someone you were relying on might let you down, plans could be changed at the eleventh hour or a machine could go on the blink. To make matters worse, your energy levels are very erratic, so you feel full of beans one minute and ready to go to sleep the next. Don't make the situation worse by eating foods that give you a high followed by a slump.
