Review: Belltown Motors

Too bad 0 stars is not possible. Belltown motors, and especially Owen Flannery, are completely dishonest. They lie, steal and cheat many of thier customers. Visit and view their comments on merchant circle. The only good posts seem to be "Anonymous" we all know that trick. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Belltown Motors. They are dishonest. They will STEAL from you!!! Owen Flannery is a pipsqueak with little mans complex and will do anything he can to ruin your day. Ask anyone in East Hampton especially his family even they don't like him!! He is REALLY dishonest.

My fiance I I stopped by there last Fall when we were looking for a "new used" vehicle. I spotted an SUV I liked, so we went in and went to talk to the owner...he looked around and said sorry-he couldn't find the keys. We told him we'd be interested in trading my car in towards the purchase of another vehicle...he asked us what we thought teh car was worth to him...my fiance threw out a price ( I forget what it was) owner rolled his eyes and said "I don't think so" Very rude & cocky...anded up buying an SUV from a private owner, and sold the car I had myself! WOuld NEVER do business there!

I've been bringing my car to Belltown Motors for many years. I find their customer service more than satisfactory and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Even after moving out of East Hampton, I continue to bring my car to Belltown Motors as I find them very trustworthy and feel comfortable with my car in their care.

they suck- can't be trusted- unnecessary repairs- etc-don't let them tow your vehicle

I will only go to Belltown Motors. I find all the auto technicians to not only be knowledgeable, helpful and honest but very hospitable as well. I was having my oil changed and while I sat in the waiting room I remembered I had left my books in the car after mentioning this to the receptionist she kindly went into the garage and asked one of the technicians to get the books for me he brought them right out and acted very happy to help. They've always given me great service and I recommend Belltown Motors to everyone.

Belltown is great. I have been going there for years. The Repairs are done right the first time, the service is great and what other place will give you a ride Home so you dont have to wait for repairs? You won't find that any other repair shop around. Also recently purchased a car there and they couldn't have been better to deal with. Great price for my trade and they found me the exact car I wanted for my very specific request. I'm a customer for life.......and the facilities couldnt be nicer, you don't have to worry about getting grease on your work clothes if stopping by for an oil change before heading to the office.

Do not bring your car to Belltown Hacks they use inferior parts and mend parts that were supposed to be replaced so they can reap the savings. Quality work is not an option for them its all about the$$. Satisfaction is definitely not guaranteed.

They repaired my BMW. No one else could fix it, cost $137, another guy quote me $1200, good service too
