2 She was employed as Alianis Morales from Porto Rico. You do realize that if a minority presents the required identification, it is unconstitutional to question it ... don't you? |

Did everyone hear Arnold's idea of how to save over $1 billion for CA? He said if they reduced the prison sentences of the illegals currently in the system they could save that much money! Can you imagine applying that to this case??? |

1 In this case, she was stopped a year earlier and not deported because it is too much of a hassle. Besides they will just come back. This kind of logic is akin to not prosecuting a bank robber because he will just get out of prison and rob banks again. Good grief. |

3 Then they throw in the abuse card. Again, what does this have do do with her driving? It seemed like they were throwing out theories and seeing what stuck. |

6 She still would have crashed if she was legal. Being illegal or not doesn't determine if you can drive or not. And you buy from those corporations every day of your life, so until your ready to literally make your own food, gas, and everything you buy at the local Target, stop complaining. I don't see this much venom for the suburbanite who gets drunk (willingly) and crashes his car into the kid on HWY 61. But oh wait, he's not hispanic, so there are no crys for "execute him" |

1 Um, actually what he was saying is that if they reduced the sentances for NON VIOLENT OFFENDERS (ie minor drug crimes, burglary, petty theft etc) it would save the state money. Just so happens, the majority of "illegals" in the prison system are there for those type of offenses. CA has strict punishment, literally a simple petty theft can get you 25 to life (similar to GA or AL). It's the fine upstanding citizens that are locked up for murder, rape, etc. |

2 Not unconstitutional. It is illegal though. Just thought I would give you some "real information" Mr. "Porto Rico" |
