Curiousity, I do care, do not excuse, and do not ignore Christopher King's earned reputation as unprofessional, and his lack of credibility by all measurable standards.

His nuisance lawsuits, and associated financial loss to whomever he targets, along with actionable and documented occurrences resulting in the suspension of his license to practice law, his disrepect for and mistreatment of women, and broader demonstrated disrespect for former colleagues, are well chronicled in his blog and elsewhere.

For these reasons, and many more, to include his inability to express himself except by the use of profanity and vulgar sexual innuendo, many have chosen to distance themselves from him.

Mr King states he "practices law" here are the following in regard to the practice of law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire:

1. MASSACHUSETTS:

While a comprehensive definition would be impossible to frame what constitutes "the practice of law", in general, consists of: "Directing and managing the enforcement of legal claims and the establishment of the legal rights of others, where it is necessary to form and to act upon opinions as to what those rights are and as to the legal methods which must be adopted to enforce them, the practice of giving or furnishing legal advice as to such rights and methods and the practice, as an occupation, of drafting documents by which such rights are created, modified, surrendered or secured."

2. NEW HAMPSHIRE:
New Hampshire Sup.Ct.Rules, Rule 35, Rule 1
There is no satisfactory, all-inclusive definition of what constitutes the practice of law. EthicalConsideration 3-5 (E.C. 3-5) of the former Code of Professional Responsibility provided: "It is neither necessary nor desirable to attempt the formulation of a single, specific definition of what constitutes the practice of law. Functionally, the practice of law relates to the rendition of services for others that call for the professional judgment of a lawyer. The essence of the professional judgment of a lawyer is his educated ability to relate the general body and philosophy of law to a specific legal problem of a client; and thus, the public interest will be better served if only lawyers are permitted to act in matters involving professional judgment.”

Finally, I quote Sherman, p.219 "Bad Blood":

"The romantic image of Liko Kenney is lost on Bruce McKay's loved ones. Sharon Davis-McKay doesn't need a bumper sticker to remember her fiance. Bruce remains alive in her mind and at the summit of Cannon Mountain where the two were to be married."

I agree with Sharon McKay-Davis.

Unfortunately, there is no formula by which to measure, compute and/or rank the greatest nonretractable grief and permanent losses surrounding the 5/11 event.

By observation over time of forum/blog outrage, attending noise, and the courtroom antics of Christopher King and Liko Kenney supporters, however, one might think they hope to influence public opinion by attempting to identify Liko as the most victimized and the most sympathetic figure.

Would Courtney McKay not be at the top of such a list? Followed by Sharon McKay-Davis?
Perhaps it's a matter of opinion.

At p. 218/BB, there is some indication of "the Kenney family's lawsuit against the town."

This will be interesting to follow.

Just another thought...

Bill Kenney's media interviews have been authentic, nearly to a fault, and his courtroom presence, by my observations, has been dignified.

Participation of Kenney and McKay family members in debates over the potential naming of a McKay roadway have also been conducted with dignity.

To my recollection there have been few, if any, instances when the families of Kenney/McKay/Floyd have publicly spoken out against each other.

Given it is ONLY by King's self and/or by his Kenney-appointed representation that vile, disrespectful and unmanageable exchanges have taken place since 5/11.

I contend that it seems unwise, IMHO, and that there is much more to lose than gain by King's brand of "advocacy".

Brad Whipple who doesn't evenknow the law in regard to a TRO. I haven't seen one Topix editor state any such thing, nor have you published any correspondence in regard to their action which we all know you would have done.

BTW why didn't you respond to my email I sent you, or is hat another bogus email address you listed. The only people I know who don't leave forwarding addresses are those who have something to hide, are ducking the aw, or don''t want to be found. The Ohio Supreme Court record in regard to you clearly is indicative you in fact fit into one of the catagories. Numerous notations of notices sent to you and returned as undeliverable/no forwarding address.

Proof again Christopher King is a liar, this from your above post #75 :

"....and that plus my advocacy in the Franconia shooting tragedy is what earned me a Mayoral Commendation."

http://aycu37.webshots.com/image/33316/200035 ...

That commendation didn't have a damn thing to do with the Franconia shooting/unjustified murder of Franconia officer Cpl. N. Bruce McKay.

Mr. King reminds me of the school yard bully who preys on those he perceives as being weaker than he is. When those people push back at him he whines, has temper tantrums, and hurls insulting comments. Apparently he never matured past the terrible two's.

The AG needed a good PR person, most of the firestorm could have been avoided simply by waiting say 2 weeks or 30 days to realease their findings regardless if they arrived at them within 24hrs after the event. Their clearing Mr Floyd within 24 hrs gave the impression of a rush to judgement.Perception is reality and this was more of a perception issue.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Scorpio

It will be easy to let things get on top of you today, especially if you're already feeling rather tired and listless. Do yourself a favor and keep away from anyone who often makes you feel a bit fed up or defensive, because they're the last person you want to be around at the moment. They'll make your spirits sink down to your ankles in a flash, and who needs that?
