Grand Old Flag Poplar Bluff, MO	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #28 Dec 14, 2011 As when needing replacment, I've had better luck in notifiying the corporate headquarters of the company who may use our Nation's Flag for adornment and attraction. Most always the Flag either comes down or is replaced quickly. Just take a photo if possible of the flag, and a short note of the location of the business.

Neither did I, but I would bet that he has because of his concern about the flag. I know that you don't have to have served to honor the flag, but most ex-service members do, it seems, more than the average citizen.
