Are you sure you want to move to Pville? After reading some of the threads on here I'd be afraid of catching something just breathing the air there. Unless your looking for a good "meth town" I would reconsider.

It doesnt have to be pville, just somewhere not too far away from my job in caruthersville, portageville isnt all bad. and meth is all over the place around here not just one town

Do you already have a pre-approval for a bank loan amount? I know of a house for sale in your price range but you need to be pre-approved by a lender before the owner will show the house.

You must have given your email to someone on the C'ville forum. I saw your thread there, too. You never posted an email addy on this forum for me to contact you.

But, I saw where you said in your thread on the C'ville forum that you need at least a 4 bdrm so the house I'm aware of won't meet your needs.
