For the record, felons can't legally own or posess a firearm. As far as I know nothing prevents a convicted felon with a license from bowhunting.

Here is the law.If you are a convicted felon you can hunt.If you are on parole or probation you cant hunt until you are off. After you are off probation or parole you can hunt.First if you are a convicted felon you can bow hunt, you can also hunt fire arms season, but you must use a bow or a cross bow.Up until this year you could hunt with a black powder, but that changed. The state past a law that prohibits black powder use by a felon, but it is not a fedrel offence just a state law .But there is one other thing you can use and that is an air rifle. They run about six hundred dallars, they have a 40 cal. and a 50 cal. it will kill large game, most people dont know this.Just type in 50 cal. air rifle and it will tell you how to purchase one.Call MDC and they will give you the information. So cheeze wiz I guess you just wont to tell on someone for hunting, so just spill the beans you prick go ahead tell on them you know you want to.Some people are just such assholes.
