Do not bother calling. The one hour respond time is useless when every moment lost is more money down the drain. They are slow, rude and are not trained in water repair like a restoration comapny should be. My basement flooded. They came, saw, and charged. I could have done a better job by myself, and saved a huge amount of money. I do blame myself however for one thing, I did not ask the 16 year old and 17 year old who came to suck the water out and lay down fans how long they had been working, or if they were trained. Silly me.

This so called company who can "fix and repair" your damaged home is run out of a strip mall, which kind of sums up the company for you. There staff is rude, and has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. If you want you house or business repaired the right way, do not use Patriot Restorations.
