Yes he did have a tattoo of a dragon on his arm. He got that tattoo from an artist here in Maryland. I was with him when he received the tattoo. Matter of fact I believe it was around Dec 1999 if I remember correctly. I would have to check the pictures of him on the table getting it to be sure.
To answer your other question, yes he lived in Manassas during that time as well in a townhouse with a roommate named Mike I think. As for surfing, he loved it but wasn't really that good if you ask me. The story I got was he use to be a semi-pro soccer player from Florida. I bet he dated you about the same time I was beginning to see through his lies. We should talk.

He was a BIG loser and used people. He deserves whatever he gets. I am so glad that I met a man who is kind, generous and loving unlike Rob! Good luck to all the women who were involved with him. He is incapable of loving anyone but himself and if there is a Robert Padilla in California I would not be proud to share the same name!

Supposedly this is the same Roberto G Padilla ( as some of us knew him) that killed himself. There are just so many stories about this guy it is unreal. From the sound of things he scammed so many women it is unreal. I would love to know what he did with the yellow lab puppy I bought him? WE were in a pet store in Columbia Maryland and saw this beautiful Pup. At the time I was completely smitten with Rob and didn't realize that he was seeing other people or lying to them as well. Anyway, I bought the $800 puppy for Rob. we named him Rusty. ROb took him home and about 2 weeks later he said his roommate told him he could not keep the pup. So he gave it to a friend in the neighborhood. I asked for the puppy back so I could keep it at my house in MD and he said the person had kids that were already attached to the pup.
I wonder who on here ended up with Rusty?

I did have a video that he sent me of the dogs playing if I still have it I will send it to you. I was told all 3 dogs were with him at his uncle's house in Lakeland. Then I found out that they were Betty's dogs and she had them.

I don't know who ended up with Rusty, but I had seen pictures of him (Rob called him Brinkley, by the way not Rusty). Rob told me that was his dog that he left behind with his best friend while he got settled with me in Florida. Although I always wondered why because I told him he could bring Brinkley (aka Rusty) with him. I already had a dog and welcomed having his here too. We did get a dog together named Jaeger, not long after he moved in.

For what it's worth Pasadena Girl, he did the same thing to another girl here. She bought him an $800 blue merle australian shepherd. He told me it was a Christmas gift from his uncle to the two of us.
When he left my home, he left without any of the 3 dogs.

I can vouch that the guy in Cali is not the Rob we knew. I have seen the autopsy report and it was definitely him.

The bitch of it all is I still think about him, still smile at some of the memories and feel a real sense of grief for the loss of the person I thought he was.

In this Christmas season, my wish for all of you is that you have moved on and found peace and happiness.

I have moved on and verry happy...As you all know he didnt do anything to me so I dont have any thing but a sadness that hes gone for his familey and mine he was very sweet to my self and my son I'll say it again.I miss Rob. I feel its harable that people still talk badly about him even now that hes gone. You all wouldnt of given so much if he didnt make you feel good. Just becouse he took advantage of your giving you never had a gun to your head and was my to give him a thing. Its your bad for giving out of your heart and expecting something in return. You where getting what you wanted from him .He made you feel good and loved . Just couse you wherent the only one he was doing the same with. You still gave ... If you give someone some thing its a gift yeah he cheated on alot of you. Most men do just to fill you in doesnt mean they sould be pushed to kill them selfs I blame some of you for his loss and you three know who you are bitterness will get you nothing in life. Carma always finds its was to the ones that wrong otheres yeah he was wrong but death come on ..You all are as cold as you feel he was and I would hate to be in your shoes when it comes back to you one day. I dont hate in life. I always look for the positive in life and Ive been lucky that Ive been blest with a good life in return what bad does happen I learn from it and take the good out of it and not let small thing run my life..If you consentrate on negitive thats all youll find in life. If you fixate on the good then you will finf the great things life has to offer. I miss and love you Rob and to his familey I wish you all the best this holidy and hope you have found some peace... :)
