I hate when people try to blame society for these animals acting the way they do. People need to be held accountable for their own actions. The prisons aren't designed to treat them psychologically? No their not, they are designed to incarcerate them. They should have been their in the first place. Only problem with prisons are that these animals are able to hang out all day. If prisons were just cells without weight rooms, televisions, movies, telephones, basketball courts, etc., and you just satin your cell 24 hours a day maybe, these people would think twice before committing another crime

Aren't you glad Suffolk County that you have the highest paid cops in the country? This gang problem flourished while the SCPD got raises.
