Three strikes, and she's in

What's with all this probation for drug crimes in this city? Why can you do time for abusing a legal substance but you abuse an illegal substance and you get probation? Haven't the judges seen what's going on in this town? What makes them think we want these people back in our neighborhoods. People who use drugs entice our young people and if they think all they'll get is a slap on the wrist, there's no deterrent. There's darn little follow-up on probation as well. The local bars are filled with people on probation. Go figure!!!

This town is going to hell in a handbasket and the police and city officials are proudly pushing us all over the edge.

Angry Local Resident. YOU ARE TOO RIGHT! I guess its too hard to see the drug deals going on in the grocery store parking lot on an hourly basis. I only have one correction to make on your statement though...this COUNTRY is going to hell in a handbasket.
