Having just purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I have gained a great deal of insight on how this business and their employees work.
To begin with, when I purchased my vehicle (paying cash) the dealer neglected to inform myself that the same vehicle was listed on autotrader for a lower amount. In fact, it was only because of myself looking through the website the following day that it was detected and brought to their attention. This business not only neglects to relay this type of information, but also information concerning problems with the car. In fact, I experienced this. The cassette player did not work from the start and the alignment was off from the start (as noted with long distance driving ). Their only solution was to drive back down (over 2 hrs for myself) to fix what would have totaled a 100 dollar issue overall or have them come and get it to still place the same amount of miles on my vehicle. Now, tell me, how much sense does this make? To put over 200-300 plus miles on my vehicle for such issues, instead of being reasonable and taking a reasonable quote from a local Hyuandi dealer. There were also other errors that this business displayed. They gave me the wrong plate, leading to myself to go through the entire process again of change over. Now, while they did repay me the amount that they overcharged myself (do to the error which I FOUND and made them aware of), they made yet another error and overpaid me with an check intended for someone else. I have to say, I have been purchasing vehicles for over 20 plus years and I have never seen such a display of poor business ethics, conduct and professional capabilities. So, as a previous customer, I know that I would NEVER do business with this company again. This business appears to be only looking out for one thing...themselves.
