Has anyone had any experience with this car dealership? I've had my car in there several times for service and get a sense that they are not sure what is going on.

I would say if you don't have a need to go there... don't. Give a little business to the smaller mechanics in your area. Feed the local businesses before the corporate machines.

My dad has been there to get service done to his truck, said they were very unprofessional and took too long. He would rather drive a extra half hour and goes to performance toyota in sinking spring to get better service and better salesmen.
