This is pretty dump police work.

I know the guy is 18 and that by law makes him an adult but this isn't something that should ruin the rest of his life.(eg a sex offender). He is a teenager not a sex offender... Aren't their real criminals to be catching anymore?

You're absolutely correct Mike. There's the huge flaw in the sex offender registry. Mixing these folk in with predators dilutes the data and makes it meaningless. Not to mention destroying the kid's life.

I think there is nothing going on in York County so they have to find something to do so they find stupid stuff like this.

I completely agree with all here. Steven is a friend of mine from school, he wouldn't hurt a fly. he's a very nice, mature person and overall I can say with confidence he had no bad intentions and was not trying to hurt the girl. I've known Steven for almost 4 years and this justice does not serve the crime. This will potentially ruin his life, it's not fair in this case, and im sure a lot of other cases as well.
