go see a doctor. there may be hormones you can take to reduce it. maybe you have too much blood? there has to be something outside of surgery you could try. and women come in all sizes, just like men. you don't want a heavier woman as she is padded you know where. a skinny woman has less padding and in some cases can accommodate bigger.
