He was framed by Schriber and Dobbs. This is a set up just like every other time he was arrested. Some day the FBI will investigate this huge conspiracy, Scott will be exonerated, and Schriber will go to Federal Pound me on the ass prison. BTW I just hit Sasquatch on M Hwy with my pickup. He runed oft in the woods and Dobbd did nothing! He also didn't do nothing about those UFO's I've been seeing.
