Tonkawa man dies in single-vehicle crash near Ponca City

A Tonkawa man has been killed in a one-car crash near Ponca City. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Matthew Scott died in the accident less than a mile west of Ponca City about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
