I think his last name was Johnson. I know he was chief before LeValley but I am unsure of how long LeValley has been chief because he was already chief when I moved here. Johnson's wife is a 5th grade teacher at Blackwell Elementary.

Levalley has been the Cheif of Police of Blackwell since 2007 I believe

Im not positive, but i believe it was either Gene Johnson or Mike Thomas
