Judge Stout refused to answer our questions about the check. Way to go kay county this just shows the type of losers this county has working for the people in the name of justice how the hell can you be a judge when you are a criminal yourself. Oh you are a judge so i guess thats means its ok.

I think its pretty shitty that you all say this about such a respectable judge. i have alot of respect for him and wether his ex wife is a meth head or not it has nothing to do with child support. i think ppl forget child support is for the children not for the parent.!! i have heard ppl say hes a hard judge. but thats what we need this county! If were not hard on our criminals this county would be even more over ran with drugs, violence, crime and even more sex ofenders running the streets...we need more judges like him to keep the criminals where they belong and thats away from our children and off our streets!!!!

He's not divorced from her!!! I am referring to his current wife. They were out holding hands last week. He had a big divorce announcement in Ponca City news was to cover his bases saying he had no idea she was like that. They are still married and I'm sure she's the one who's messed up his finances.

The woman who had the child support check bounce was not the one arrested. YES child support is for the child.

He has a prescription drug addiction his self and sell's pills as well to make extra money.

A mistake in a checking account does not make one a criminal. The check was taken care of, no need to file charges. Why aren't you complaining about the thousands that don't pay their child support at all instead of one guy making (and then correcting) a mistake.

i was taken out of a loving stable home and placed into the youth shelter when i was 16 by judge stout where i was repeatedly drugged and raped by staff. i was told if i talked i would b placed in a mental ward where i would say till i was 21. when i begged 2 go home i was told my parents didnt want me anymore wich i knew was a lie. i will never forget how he laughed and said baby girl ur stuck here!

Yes "Baby Girl" he is an evil, evil, man. He was not a good judge. I am so happy he's gone!!! I heard through the rumor mill that he had to resign or face some big trouble. He was so bias in his rulings. Maybe now that he is gone there will be better rulings. I know several Mom's that he screwed over on his decisions.

Judge Stout is a hypocrite he put me in jail for 6 months when I was 50$ away from being caught up on my child support and I had the 50 in my pocket he said he had no choice because the ex wanted me in jail and while he was judging me he was bouncing checks and not only does he do stuff like that but also married a methhead I have heard all kinds of stories so for the ones taking up for him maybe you should do some research be for you post something he is getting what he deserves and I have a felling more will be found out about him
