16 rules is a good start. they just need one more. NO DOGS. why are dogs even allowed in high-density populations? They are GUARANTEED to cause more suffering to the public than any "benefit" to the dopey owner.

What is the cost to the taxpayers for the city workers that are going to have to be there to enforce the rules when the waste of money dog park is open? I assume it will take at least 2 or 3 workers if the park is open 10 hours a day 7 days a week.

Are the dog owners going to have to produce paperwork that their dogs are up to date on their shots?

Who is liable in the event of a dog biting another dog or a person?

Does dog number 41 have to wait outside the park till dog 40 leaves to go inside?

Too many unanswered questions for the city to even think about wasting tax dollars on this fiasco!!!

Gosh Darn It! I stepped in a cell phone! This park has gone to the dogs!

As long as they charge User Fees for the park, and do not make non-dog owners and non-dog park users pay for this boondogle, it's fine. Otherwise, they are barking up the wrong tree.

Let's see the no cell phone rule passed for people driving in Florida.

I agree. The dogs should not talk on cell phones while they are in the park. What a bunch of schmucks.

You can drive at 65 mph in dense traffic and legally talk on a cell phone but you can't watch your dog poop and talk on a cell phone. It's gotta be the sun in Flori-duh

other than outback places like alabama, west virginia etc, florida is one of the dumbest places in the entire country. i used to be smart when i moved here. but, to communicate with these losers down here, you have to dumb it down so much, you lose intelligence over time. NO ONE in the entire state is the least bit intellectual. lawyers are brain dead, judges plain stupid, teachers mediocre, even the so called "learned" people are marginally literate. what a joke! i don't even know no big words no more because of this place.

If you read the rules of the park they are actually quite humorous. No phones, no kids, no food, no dogtoys, no fun, no nothing allowed. Sounds like a place that is only there for the dogs to crap. And even then it's carry in-carry out. What a waste of tax-payer money!!

Its great for both owners and dogs to socialize and get "hooked" up. Some of the women are HOT!

So many people are wining about this dog park it unbelievable. We have tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, baseball/softball fields, ect.... All where people go to play. Nobody seems to be complaining about these parks. Our dog park is no different, and is just a place where people get together and play with their dogs. The real difference is that people love their dogs a lot more than their tennis rackets, basketballs, softballs, ect.
