The courts are full of spineless men and women who despise men.The Children are being devastated by these animals.Men are being destroyed to the great delight of these man haters.Here are some initials of some Rockland County Man haters in or involved in the legal system.

Divorce attorneys are nothing short of scumbags and vultures.They prey on people at their weakest moment.They live the high life while their victims fight for their very survival.They are heartless predators who destroy more lives than any criminal could ever dream of.

She is a nightmare, how does she get away with her BS. Calling Ester furman "honorable" is like putting a silk hat on a pig. Shes got a family member of mine paying child support based on $100,000 a year salary, He makes 45,000. Its destroying him. She told him he'll just have to find a way to make 100g.. She gave his cokehead drunk xwife custody of the kids. And now wants to lock him up because hes 2 month behind. Hes not allowed to see his kids at all. Hes a straight hard working guy with a crystal clear record, never arrested or in trouble. His kids are failing in school and his X does nothing. Esther Furbag blames him for their failing grades... She needs to be removed.

The above comments are soft compared to what I and many others who have gone before her. For two years of my life I made good money and am now unemployed. "Furman" imputes my tax return from years ago.......My ex took everything. I am still alive. Neither Furman and the UNJUST, corrupt system or my ex will take that from me. They get away with their "judgements" all in the name of the child. I cant begin to tell you how much I was "EXTORTED" by this "SYSTEM" And my ex hasnt a dime put away for my child. Her plastic surgeon and mortgage are paid by me. My blood boils. I am a true believer in Karma. Enough said.

I WELCOME any man (as I am SURE the "honorable" Furman never made a judgement against a woman) to get in touch with me to band together and fight city hall, go to the local media and expose the INSANITY that this "judge" creates. Destroying peoples lives, fathers and their children, every day...all in the name of "for the good of the children".....is this the best this country has to offer for the family court system?
With numbers of men and affidavits we can fight to impeach her. She is a CANCER that must be dealt with.

ok hear me out.. if there were no child support judges then no one can hear the case. The state does not care about you,the kids,your family. they just want their money. There are curently over 9 million people paying child support. I say its time for a change. So we should start taking out the people working for the socail services dept that does the child support junk. This is a war, they are starving our families, causing us to lose our homes,and self respect. I am currently paying 1200$ a month witch is 3\4 of my monthly income. they want me to raise my 3 kids that are living with me on this.Did i mention that accoarding to a dna, the kid is not mine? They kick my door in and threatin my wife?? I say we should come together and revolt. This is a call to arms. If you have been steped on by these pricks take your pride back, and your money. We have to mob the court house, armed. Drag the judges out kicking and sceaming, elemenate them completly it is the only way we will get attention. take them out so that you kids wont have to answer to the same unfair laws. good luck

I just filed a case in small claims court against Nys child support unit.They have changed how much I pay in support at their will.Yes without a court order or anything?Now they have changed it and say I'm behind.The amount is taken out of my pay check every week.I was over paid for yrs.They have put this on my credit report.I have had it with these people.

This "person" has ruined me, my child and the woman I am with now. I do not have to wish anything on this horrid soul, nor the other so called "judges" in Westchester county. They are all the same, as are the money grubbing USELESS, lying, attorneys who dont inform you of the Bradley Act in NYS, which essentially ruins all fathers. Go Read the Bradley Act, a real eye opener. If there is a God, they will all get what ,is coming to them somewhere down the line. Nobody, who delivers such injustice, and inhumane treatment of fathers can get away with it, some force will intervene.

I would like to mention that I have witnessed and and personally experienced a biased againsed men in the Rockland County Family Court System. I have had solid facts ignored and have seen the rights of myself and other men continuously violated.

The only Judge in the Rockland County NY Family Court is Judge Linda Christopher. This has created an unfair dictatorship in that court system. Additionally Magistrate Catherine Miklitch is also a member of the Man Haters Club. Dispite the fact the I have shown evidence of my income and financial dispair, I have been convicted of willfullness of not paying child support. I actually had a stead job and was paying child support until I lost my job due to court appearances and the being sentanced to weekend jailtime.

Did you know there is NO REQUIREMENTS for someone to have an Order of Protection created against you? None? Women use OP's as a means of "getting back" at their spouse. I've had several costly OP's against me - all later dismissed, all costing me thousands of dollars, loss of visitaion time - all for Bull Shit charges like "he sent me a mean email or he called me stupid." This crap needs to change! Call up Diane McGill inthe Rockland County Probation department and ask her for a copy of what constitutes charges for an Order of Protection. She will give you a BS answer because there is no criteria. Any woman can have one made. I tried to get one when my ex wife and her boyfriend were stalking me and stealing my mail. Diane would not create an Order of Protection for me and told me the courts would froun upon it.

I am in the process of collecting evidence to make positive changes in the Rockland County, NY Family Court System.

If you are a MAN and have a story and evidence to back it which shows you have been treated unfairly inthis court system, I want to know.

Take back our lives starting with the crap that is diminishing it.

Its truly sad, however defeated this may sound......no amount of protest by any of us.....even if 100 men went on a bridge to protest "people" like Furman and other evil "judges"??.....nothi ng will ever change within the system. Hell, the lawyers even lie to you just to get your money; ie. READ THE BRADLEY ACT and see Pierros history........Men just will never get a fair shake within the system. I have now reached the end of my rope with all of it.

Talk about injustice, after reading all the comments I realized now that I am not alone. I have a fair share of this injustices. I suffered like no other father should be. I am a honest and a good hard working father but Rockland Family court house changes everything. Specially the child support collection agency who comes up with a ridiculoust accounting agaisnt me. Oh neither both party by the way are living in NY state but somehow they still clawing there hands outside there jurisdiction.

Just think of it this way. Esther Furman is no different than any other Judge or Magistrate or Court related or Child Support employee. They are all severe underachievers with childhood and marriage related problems.
In short they are nothing more incompetent sacks of S**t who have found a place to hide.

Someday your children will be 21 and the support nightmare will be over. Relish in the FACT that you will re-establish bonds with your children and become happy once again.
As far as Furman and the rest of the pond scum, they will exist in what is left of their miserable lives, rotting in that court house, in their unloving homes and become closet alcoholics and prescription drug abusers till the cancer of how they lived their lives permeates every organ in their useless bodies.

THEY ARE ALL MANHATERS AND VULTURES.
On July 2006 I received a letter from the support unit and its agencies stating that they are going to take $100. every two weeks from my Social Security Benefits, they did not take that amount but started take $405.20 dollars twice the amount from my social security disability checks. The statement which they sent me was for a total of $16,258.85 dollars, i called this day December 11, 2009 to confirm the final payment of the $16.258.85 they say i owed, but when i called it went up to $19,592.00 they said that it was because they did not know where i lived to send me the new statement. I have not received a statement since 2006, and now they say that they did not know exactly where i live which is a lie, they knew were i lived because i confirmed my address in 2006 when i called them. The childsupport enforcement acknowledged that interest would be stopped. I feel that this an abuse of overpayments from child support unit and i demand an investigation and a stop payment from child support from my social security disability. And, it is an abuse because i am disabled person living internationally whereas i cannot defend myself. I want back overpayment plus interest and i cannot a legal respresentative to represent my case.
