Worst employer in Utica (who treats their employee's the worst).

Walmart Distribution is the worst. I work there as a temp for the holiday and what a bunch of morons. Management must require that you fail your G.E.D. to be eligible. Bunch of dimwitts.

Cafe delBuono I worked there and it's dirty dirty dirty in kitchen and a bunch of fat waitresses who are selfish and rude rude rude to you Id never go back there to work again oh and they sell drugs outta the kitchen

The ARC workshop can't tell managers from the consumers most of the time.

"The Hartford" is a horrible place to work!!! I was there over 10 years, you need to account for everrry minute of what you do. If you go to the bathroom "too many times" you are called in. & then they have the nerve to ship positions/customer service to India & send their people there to train them.
Yes I agree allot of a$$suckers stay there, for now, but they will be f$%^& over eventually!

Foe one thing, u shouldn't be spending quality time in the shithouses. You are not being paid for that! Be happy that, SO FAR, u r still working there.Utica national will soon follow suit.

Everyone who is working will find something that they don’t like about there employer. People today should be happy the even have a job. This Thread can go on and on forever because people are all ways going to find fault in there employer. I can say this because I’m my biggest critic I talk about my former employer all the time.

OK... I'm not totally sure on what you are saying,if in regards to the "bathroom scenario" it was just that, an example, but it was that petty, yes even with pregnant employees that might just need to visit the bathroom more often. but PULLLEEZ I do not still work there!! They are deplorable!

As a retired Hartford professional employee of the Hartford, I agree with you 100%. During the 20+ years I worked there, I saw the Hartford fire long term employees that were only 6 months away from their retirement eligibility date and walking out the door with no Pension or Benefits.

Hartford Insurance is heartless and could care less about any of their employees. I was one of the lucky ones that survived long enough to retire with a full pension AND Benefits - but I had threatened them that if they tried coming after me, I would end up suing the he** out of them!!!!
