I have been reading on the local newspages a body was found by the road wrapped in a sheet. Does anyone have any information? Female/Male? Adult/Child?

Family said it was a 35 yr old female from 8th Ave Huntington, Wv. I guess she was wrapped in a sheet or blanket & no bottoms on. The man that discovered the body thought it was a Halloween prank. I grew up in this area, and find it difficult to believe that crime is becoming more common. Sad story :-(
