Parents, you have to discipline your children. They will never have any respect for you if you don't. His parents are at the root of this problem.

this is good, I'm glad to see people with sense... it's not about punishing the principle for a minor mistake in judgement at a moment where action had to be taken, did he handle it perfect? no but he's a human. did he do anything to single out and be a mean person? from all I can see of course not... the kid threw himself on the floor and had every oppurtunity to stand up and act like he has some sense but he continued rolling, people think the screaming was bc he was hurt, the kid started screaming in a tantrum like manner long before he was even touched, that the other children were evacuated shows me that there was a perceived threat from the "victim" ... action was taken to protect students safety, as for the comments here I'm so glad to see that it is not about bad mouthing one party or the other but it is in the best interest of the child to be disciplined, we don't used the term "spoiled" when letting kids do what they want for no reason... you are literally in part ruining that kids future when you don't give them boundaries, at this point if he does throw a tantrum and get what he wants, what will happen when he is an adult? what kind of job can he find? what will happen if he ever gets in trouble at work? he can't just start screaming then, and mommy won't be able to do anything when the kid is an adult and gets in a fight with someone his age and gets his a** kicked, he won't be able to make friends or anything, I've seen spoiled kids, they take toys & other items from others and their peers don't want to be around them, they are training him to be an outcast... he needs some help, what's best for him is not giving him everything he wants and defending his bad behavior, since everyone wants to talk about teachers not touching students, you ship off your kids to a building with hundreds of other kids and 50 some adults and trust them with them all day... what if the kid is slamming himself against the wall? sometimes they have to be restrained, if they are this concerned about him, why isn't he homeschooled? I'm guessing the parents don't want to deal with him all day, and I saw him, he isn't exactly a small child, and we have no idea if he threatened to do anything because we can't hear what they are talking about, stuff had to be said because e was standing there talkin to the kid for a long time, and the people talking about hurting the man are just wanting an excuse to have someone to yell about, stop pretending to be concerned an and admit you are just a busybody that wants to pretend to care about kids to the point of hurting the man, with that sort of anger, I'm sure in the situation he was in you'd have done much worse to the kid. if you cared about the kid at not just this "interesting" situation, you'd be thinking about what this kid is going to be like in his future, if he sees that everyone is on his side after he caused the problem what is he going to learn from all this? "I'll just be mean and throw a fit to the point where an adult touches me, act hurt and then the whole town will love me and take up for me and my behavior, then the person trying to disipline him will be the one punished" he'll see that and next time he wants his way he will just push the adults buttons until he can get a reaction that he can use to act like he's a victim, I have seen other adults do this that were not BD kids, people have done it to me, they know they aren't acting properly and after they realize that, they push someone's buttons to the point that they get enough of a reaction to make it seem that the blame is on the other person, it's like a kid secretly poking another until the other kid reacts and usually they will yell at them to stop and the teacher yells at the kid that has been poked for the past hour because they didn't see that.

If you watch and listen to the video with high quality noise reduction headphones, you will hear MUCH more than standard quality audio. With high quality audio, you will hear the child tell Mr Moffett that he needs a minute to calm down (while still seated in the back), then Moffett yells at him that he does NOT need a minute to calm down and yells "MOVE". The child then obediently gets up and moves to the front of the bus with vocal displeasure. The child was frustrated and upset because he was singled out. That whole bus was full of loud, disorderly students who didn't know how to follow the teacher's orders to settle down. If you're going to exclude one child from the field trip due to noncompliance with instructions, then exclude the whole bus full of disorderly kids. Not only that, there was a point in which the teacher was talking with the bus driver and the teacher makes a statement to the effect "I'm sure the other kids (others in the seat with Plants) didn't even do anything." The bus driver sets her straight and states "YES they did." Plants was shoved out of his seat for no reason: the bus driver witnessed it and reiterated several times that Zach didn't do anything wrong. Once Zach was in the front of the bus after following orders to move seats, suddenly that's not good enough and Moffett, feeling it necessary to escalate the situation further, grabbed the boy and threw him on the bus floor head first and forcefully rolled the child down the aisle...Plants did NOT fall into the floor on his own and he did NOT roll himself down the bus aisle.

what is really scary is that it is very obvious the Plants kid is dangerous, no one cares about that part, and he will grow up and learn to modify his behavior to get along in society to a point. He will find girls who will have sex with him, produce children like himself, and treat them the way he is treated, because that is what he has learned. Someone posted that he "humped" a little girl in class. Probably rape a girl later in life. And just where did he learn to hit, pull hair, and hump girls? lets all come back here in 8 years and see how things turned out. I hope Im wrong.

I have not seen anyone say beat your kids! There is a difference in beating and spanking. My parents spanked us and none of us have a criminal record, ever been kicked out of school, and we all love our parents. In fact we are the ones who protect you and your right to speak what you want Amry, Marine, and Law Enforcement all taking part in violence on your behalf. I'll raise my child you raise your criminal!!!!!

What makes this kids different that he should not have had to listen to the teacher the first time or the principal the first time. This shows your stupidity!!! If you get pulled over for speeding and the officer asks for your information are you going to ignore his request over and over? Then when he goes to arrest you are you going to ask for a min to calm down??? No!! You will be cuffed and taken to jail!!! What are you people trying to teach this kid???????? You must learn to respect people in authority and it starts with teachers and learning to follow school rules, which leads to life and following laws!!!!!!

I'm not really sure that there is help for that child in Mason County. After hearing those deep horrifying demonic like screams.....It made me begin to wonder if maybe he is in need of a full-on EXORCISM! The deep, powerful, bone chilling, hair raising screams, that I heard coming from that child sounded like a possessed child! Those screams made the hair on my arms stand straight up and chills go up and down my spine...wow...all that I could think was..omg..that kid sounds like a child of Satan! How shocking to hear that tone of scream coming from a child......very very disturbing!
For the final outcome, I hope and pray that the kid & parent(s) can find the help and salvation to save his soul and future! God Bless to all involved in this whole situation!....there is power In prayer!

exactly! I worked with her class quite often in high school and her children were always well behaved!, and they were mentally challenged. This kid probably just has ADD, and that is no excuse!

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Cancer

Today's Full Moon will have a powerful impact on your health during the next few months. Maybe this is the spur you need to inspire you to take better care of yourself, such as improving your diet, getting more exercise or finally consulting the doctor about something that's worrying you. It will also be the end of a chapter connected with your work, but don't fret because this ending will lead on to a new beginning.
