Man sentenced to state prison in Smithfield vehicular homicide -
Andrew Dougan, 22, of Tamiment, was sentenced Monday to three and a half to seven years in state prison, minus the 11 months he has already been incarcerated in Monroe County Correctional Facility, for causing the November 2010 crash that killed Ethan Moyer, 20, of East Stroudsburg, in Smithfield Township.
