Woman Shot & Killed In Bartow

Tanya only loved him she called him when she got her christmas check and told him that it would be better between them since she had a lil money. So u know he came back to her to spend that money. I think this was set up. He shot her at 4 and she wasnt airlifted till 4:55 he and his dad the ex police chief had all that time to change the seen of the crime. Its funny how nicks dad got there before the cops or ambulance dont u think? He know already what the crime seen would be looking for. why would the girl wake him up and tell him to leave and wait till hes gettin his stuff together why not just shoot the bastard while he was asleep. which if he was sleeping at 3am then why was he cought on sunoce's cameras steeling glasses at 2 s=omething in the morning. something with this story is not right tanya love nick with her whole heart and she would do anything to be with him. Who else would let him go back and forth from her to another girl , whom is probably buying into this whole self defence crock. Nicks dad taught him how to shoot and how to aim he is 32 so god knows how long he has been walking around with these guns, he has one under his belt at all times. so He knows how to aim them and when he aimed for her head he knew he was gonna kill her, that way there would only be one side of the story. Only nick and tanya(R.I.P)knows what happend that night and he knows what he did. tanya would do any thing to stay with him. She would cry all the time about him. He was he first love and he killed her. I think the min he shot her he calld his daddy and and asked him what to do and like i said his parents were there before the cops and all so they coulda put her prints on a knife and called it self defence. Like i said there is something not adding up . what did he do to her to make her come at him with a knife. they would offen get in bad fights and he would always hit her first be fore she would lash back. she would claw his face off before she tried to kill him. She was just a poor soul lost in life thought that he would be the only person to love her. She was 24 way too young for him to take her life from her. AND NOW HE MIGHT WALK. Her land lord watched police take a sheriffs badge from a bag in his trunk along with drugs and no charges were filed. thats weird huh? who else but a cops kid would be out of jail right now??? R.I.P Tanya mae Thomas you will be missed very much gurl I love u ...

well he got arrested last night:). but this doesnt make anything different tanya is still dead and never comming back. i will miss her crazy ass so full of live this is soo sad. I love ya Tanya. RIP

my brother and i grew up with nick or poopy or ryan whatever you want to call him. my mother always said he was a loser and of course she was right. he has always been a druggie and his parents bought him new teeth after he rotted all his out with coke and meth he stole from hungry howies in bartow while my brother worked there and was going to try and split it with my brother and he said hell no man you need to leave and he called the manager and she called the police and im not sure what happend with that. i dont know the poor soul who was shot but what i do know is he is a sorry peice of crap and his father always bailed him out of trouble so i wouldnt doubt his father helped him stage the scene i really wouldnt doubt it to her family may god be with you all in your time of grievence

This is a terrible thing. Period. Nick needs to be held fully accountable and suffer to the fullest extent if he did it. I will say that I have known the family for years and Mr. Larry is an honorable person and would NEVER cover up his son's crime. Nick has a record, so does his brother. If Larry cleaned up behind them they probably wouldn't have a record at all. I know for a fact if Larry's kids mess up that he lets them take the fall. As a father, I know it hurts his heart to see his kids turn out like this but he has NEVER used his job or position to cover for them.

well why didnt he get charged with robbing hungry howies and how did he get off from a felony in 2005 while he has felony charges he has no felony???? how did he steal sunglasses from sunoco the same day he killed tanya? no charges . plus police found drug para.and a reak sheriffs badge in his car . where is is charges???? dont tell me that line of crap. u may know the man but u dont know him too well. ur writing on impulse im writing the truth and there is more tanya and nick sat in my living room and told me and my man all kinds of shit he and they together have gotton away with because of his daddy. and they would both say that the cops wont mess with the yellow mustang beacuse of his daddy . looks like u need to get ur facts to gether. sorry for biting ur head off im jus tired of people defending this. when we all know.

Tanya was my friend i worked with her almost every day she did not deserve this especally when she was tryin to better her self and she had stayed away from him for a while but he knew just what to say to her he knew she was havin money problems so he offered to pay her to sleep at her house for a few nights when he was he reason for her debt. omg im goin through it still. this sucks i think of her every day .
