Since when only Republicans speak for the residents of Poinciana. Poinciana has been a neighborhood since the 1970's long before Solivita was even thought of. To those who do not care to be included into the City of Poinciana, then we can use the political term of gerrymandering to exclude your area from the process. As for the issue of low taxes,the citizens of Poinciana have been paying their fair share of taxes. When they imposed impact fees on each property and it was overturned by the Court System, I don't remember hearing of any citizen getting back a refund from Osceola County Government.So on that note I think Madam Dockrey or Dochrey or whatever the hell is her name should stay in Lakeland and leave the citizens of Poinciana alone. If not now then pray tell me when is it going to occur. As for you wonderful Republicans since when do we have a one party system. If it is to be on the up comming ballot for the next election the we the citizens of Poinciana will decide that. Lakeland and all the others who never knew the roads to Poinciana before have some galls speaking on our behalf. I dont remember voting for you to be the representive or voice of Poinciana? Just as similliar is the vote of no confidenve from Lakeland towards the commuter rail that would include Poinciana.You seem not to have any upward mobility for the progress of our community.The time has come for a city and a city we will both get and have.

I cant beleive Paula Dockrey has done it again...First she killed the light rail system that would have served Poinciana and the surrounding areas of Central Florida, and now she has killed or trying to kill Poinciana becoming a City....Maybe she should audition for Act #3 of KILL BILL...she knows how to handle that part well...Every country i have been to have mass transit its the sign of the times. Sometimes intelligence without the foundation for a brighter future is like a bird without wings..and stop the nonsense about it would cost tax payers to much..it would benifit the tax payer and enhance the mass transit system for Central Florida....
