Caring staff members. Theres lot of ppl out there saying pretty bad stuff about. But topix has always been negative on everything. I worked there for a long time an there are great staff there. Are there bad seeds in the bunch yes an they end up fired. Dint let all the negativity affect your decision. Only reason i left is cause of better job opportunity

Yes they are very wonderful with the children, my child was there for 7 months n he loved it there! They get to learn how to take care of the horses n after they learn how they get to ride them! They also buy them gifts at xmas time, I think that's wonderful becuz my child didn't get to come home for a visit on xmas. The only problem I had out of trinity was the therapist returning my calls but.... I understand they have more then just my child! i'd highly recommend this facility for any parent that's wanting/needing help for their child to place them at trinity behaivoral health

I think you need to see why the feds were there and why they stayed all day and night taking papers for further study. You need to avoid that place I think.

I have a sibling whom I have guardianship of currently there, she has been there for several months now. I have not had many complaints. If I ever do have an issue, it is resolved very quickly. Her counselor is great. She really likes a lot of the staff members. There are however a few people that work there that probably shouldn't. Just like any place of employment, there are always going to be a few bad apples. My biggest concern is that she has put on twenty pounds since she has been there because apparently the food is high in fat and they give them tons of candy. I believe this is one of those facilities where your experience is going to depend on your child's behavior. My sister has been very well behaved and has not had any issues while staying there. However, with badly behaved children they have to handle them a little stricter and that's understandable. Overall though I would recommend it despite the negative stories you hear about the place. I have definitely seen improvement in my sister.

It may be a great place, but my Grandson was admitted there without my knowledge and by someone who has no legal rights over him... They will not respond to my phone calls or Faxes or my threats to come up there with a Court Order so I can check on him. No one can talk to him for 30 days after admission as all of you who have had a sibling or a friends sibling put there. There is a lot of bad news about the place, including the fact that the owner/ceo/administrator has skipped town.... FBI were there again in June...Not the first time. Medicaid Fraud abounds at his places...But he owns so much property in the USA and abroad, that he wouldn't have any problems paying off the big boys that be. I just want to know that my Grandson is being treated well, both mentally and physically, but they won't let you call or visit. It's worse than a Federal Pen!!!!!

ever wonder if judges get donations or drs get referral fees for putting kids there?

nice $$ feeder system when you own dozens? of outpatient clinics in many counties and employ those that can send kids here.

you are retarded. worse than a federal pen? seriously get over yourself. most of the kids are in there because a judge ordered them there. so get over yourself. if you have custody papers why wasn't the kid with you. sounds like if you would follow your custody order and keep the child then you would know what's going on.

I used to work at the Ranch, now called Trinity Behavioral Health....Their are great staff members there; HOWEVER unless they have changed DRASTICALLY I think some of the rules are quite harsh! The girls and boys are NOT allowed to talk to one another, they have their meals in the cafeteria at separate times, the upon entering the houses or school, the children's shoes get locked in cabinets, in the cafeteria or office they have to take their shoes off at the door. I've literally seen children (mostly boys) slammed into the walls or lockers at the school by staff members. They don't let them outside for regular exercise! Their is SO much more they could do that would be better.......whether it's one of the rules or not it probably isn't being followed correctly. I was punched in the face by one of the clients their and NOTHING happened to this child as far as any type of punishment!!(it has been over 6 years since I have worked there, so as we know over time, things change. Now I know of a few children who have been through their "program" and are doing well for themselves, I also know some who are NOT doing well......have ended up in jail.
