1 Spoke like a true Vermonter. I don't mean that in a nice way. Go marry your neighbor and have some organic Ben and Jerry's. |

If Craig Ferguson does come to Chester he will spend money and no doubt bring people with him who will also spend money. He will pay taxes and also improve our environment with his wit and charm. He is also very good to look at - we should all welcome him home !!

I for one am proud to have Craig Ferguson as a fellow Vermonter. He humor, and at times, unblinking, poignant, observations of society is a welcome addition to Vermonts message, whether you agree with it or not.

You speak like a true Vermonter. It's filled with such close minded tree huggers....I can't stand the place and frankly am amazed it's Ferguson's style. Unlike Vermonters, he is not cold and humorless people who take themselves entirely too seriously. He hasn't been an American long enough to realize it's the worst state in the union. Go litter or something....be human.

Best wishes to Craig Ferguson and his new bride. Welcome to Chester :) I hope to see you around.
Now I understand why there is a Scottish tavern in town! |

The whole 'Vermont is only for Vermonters' thing
is so beat! It has always been a beat point of view. Vermont is diverse and there are all kinds of people from all over the world who choose to live there. It is awesome that Craig is in VT. I love it there too but I do avoid the attitude of joyless 'real-true vermonters'. They don't rule me and I don't rule them. They can't tell me what to do and I don't tell them what to do. Most people in VT are just people, same as anywhere else. |

I think that it is great that someone who is able to pick anywhere, USA. picks Vermont out of all of them, it should make us proud as Vermonters to have are beloved state so highly thought of.
