Look up plymouth state university on facebook, they say they took campus off alert but have not found the person. They checked all OPEN buildings, yet says nothing about checking all locked down buildings such as the dorms and each and every room!!! It could most likely be a student or a friend of a student in one of the dorms.

They said several kids saw the handle of the gun and he was incoherent. Let me tell you when you get a text from your child saying there is a gunman on campus and we are on lockdown it is pretty scarey regardless of who it was or what the situation is.
