Expect more earthquakes as well as a polluted water table due to a natural gas drilling method known as "fracing". Google it and you will see the dirty side of this "boom" to our economy.

I worked in the oil n gas field in w.virgina and Penn. where they've been drilling and fracturing over a 100yrs. Their water is not polluted, And outside the 3-4acre pads to drill the wells there's no harm to the enviroment.
