Hi Pittsburgh,
I'm from Maryland, although I was brought up in Allentown, Pa. I left Pa. in 1981 when my ex-husband and I moved to Md. from a suburb of Philadelphia although I hated Philadelphia. I love Pennsylvania and my heart has always been in Pa., but most of my relatives are passed away. I'm 57 and been here in Md. for a long time, but wished I had gone back to Pa. when I got my divorce in 1990. Pennsylvania is the best and the people are the greatest and I didn't appreciate that until I moved to Maryland with much objection. I'v been to Pittsburgh and even though it is a big city there seems to be a lot of good and nice family-orientated people. I read alot on line from Pittsburgh and find that people are quite intelligent from Pittsburgh. I remember Gov. Rendell when he was mayor of Philadelphia and a much younger man and he was always a caring individual and a good politician. I remember former Gov. Milton Shapp and Gov. Casey. Pennsylvanian politicians are basically great people and good for the working man and all of you ought to be proud of your roots. Love you all !!!!
