some concerns and agonies that the defendant had written.
prompting police to use pepper spray to protect themselves [in my case, I'm sure there's more than enough logical {I weigh 110 lbs and I do not know martial arts.} and physical evidence {Two policemen and one police woman were restraining me at the same time. This is after I was peppersprayed in the face} to state that the police did not have to "protect" themselves from me.]
as a crowd of an estimated 200 people watched; [can we find someone out of the 200 to describe the situation? They might tell the truth.], court documents show.
The incidents at 129 S. Pugh St., home of Tony’s Big Easy, Lulu’s Nightspot and the Candy Bar and Lounge, come at a time when the establishment is seeking a renewal of its liquor license — an action that the state Bureau of Licensing already had rejected due to prior incidents, [Could the overwelming fear of losing their liquor license and consequently their business prompt the unjustified physical restraining acts towards me and my friend performed by the bouncers?]
Borough Officer K.L. Aston was in a marked patrol unit outside of Lulu’s when he saw an employee, James Keefer, physically removing a patron [There was no need for any physical contact because my friend and I already verbally agreed, in a civil manner, to leave Lulu's, and were actually walking away to retrieve our jackets at the time.]
Xia was fighting with Keefer [I was grabbed in shock and horror, again, there was no need for any physical contact, since my friend and I already told the bouncer/bartender that we were leaving, and were walking towards the exist door, which is adjacent to the coat check], records state.
Aston told Xia to sit on the steps of the Candy Bar and Lounge, but she moved toward Keefer and screamed,“I need my (expletive) coat now,(expletive) you.... I’m (expletive) cold,” [These phrases were quoted after I had my glasses ripped off my face and peppersprayed, which is an incident that occurred inside the club near the bar. I remember the Lulu's floor tiles because my face was inches away from it when I was sprayed, while being held down by three people. Please note that during my expletive outbursts, I was blind, in a tube top, standing outside of the bar that has my jacket inside. Note again that State College February nights has an average temperature circa 20 - 30 degrees F, with wind chill low in the single digits.] according to a criminal complaint.

Statements continued...
Keefer had thrown Xia out of the bar after she intentionally flipped over a table, breaking the glassware and refusing to leave when asked, [I never "intentionally fipped over a table", the only thing which caused several cups to tip over was due to the fact that my thigh had brushed against a table top of a single leg table, which generated the light swaying of the table, in turn caused the cups on the table to tip over. Also, all of the cups {there were approximately three to five cups on the table} on the table were plastic cups; since on Saturday night Lulu's has a 1 dollar drink special, during which only plastic cups were used for serving the drinks on special {in other words, almost all drinks served were in plastic cups because college students don't have much money}. Neither my friend nor I saw any glassware on the table, or hear any glass shatters; neither one of us saw any broken glass on the floor, and there is no evidence of any broken glassware on the floor. Again, my friend and I already agreed verbally to leave and were actually walking towards coat check table and the exist door.], the complaint states.
Aston told Xia to stop yelling and sit down, but she pushed him and “actively fought.” Aston was able to get one handcuff on her and called for backup. It took three officers to arrest her, [I never "actively fought", or more precisely "consciously actively fought". Please note that I was blinded, in a tube top, standing outside in State College Pa during February, being arrested for something that never occurred. Also how is it possible that I, a handicapped person at the time, needed three officers, who were not freezing and blind, to restrain and arrest me? This is unnecessary force.] according to the complaint.
When Xia saw her mother and grandmother, she “screamed uncontrollably and continuously, refusing to calm down,”[I am a 23 years old woman, and there were no need to notify my mother and grandmother, causing them to venture out in the could at 2:30 am in horrible weather. I should have had the rights to phone someone, of which I was denied.] the complaint states. She was [brutally and unjustly] charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. According to the Centre County Correctional Facility, she was released from jail on $5,000 bail.
