Interesting how nobody has said anything about the past history of the two people who started this company. I might suggest looking into the last company they were in.... dare I say scam artists?

?? Now that you have been in since September of 2007, are you still in this and are you making $$$? bri k wrote: I find all the negative comments hard to believe I have been with WV for 5 mo and had the pleasure of saving thousands of dollars off the best on line price for travel including trips to New York, Chicago, Dallas, Palm Springs, St. Louis and I am Booked for a cruise in the bahamas on Sept 17 for $59.00 per person. I have personally shown the opportunity to 25 people and it has become a group of more than 500 and I have received many calls from people all summer telling me about all the savings that they have saved. I have been in business for myself for 10 years and it is hard work to be successful and I find that when people are unwilling to work at something it is easy for them to find fault with the thing they have failed at, instead of looking at themselves and relizing that they are in fact the reason it did not work for them.

I was also in the last company they where in. They had more success than me so now they are more responsible for what the owner of that company did? Fact is Mike and Wayne are great leaders and have had lots of success with various companies. Some of those companies did not make it. Does that make them scam artist? When Donald Trump loses money in a deal does that make him a scam artist? Business is business you win some and lose some. Do the owners of World Ventures want to make a quick buck? No they want to be the next billion dollar travel company and to be able to do that they have to follow the law and they have to pay the field. They are very smart and know they have to make people money to win big. We make money. Lots of it and you will too if you work hard. Our New CEO is Mike Conway the co founder of America West airlines. Do you think he did his homework on WV. Trust me if it is good enough for him it is good enough for you. Only the top 3 in the olympics get a prize. The top 3 in the NBA get a prize. Only the players from college that make it to the proffessional league ever make any money. Only the top players from high school make it to college teams. With your logic capitalism is the devil. The bottom line is World Ventures sells travel we have good deals and if you think it's a good deal you buy. Nothing weird about that. It's simple you get description of a vacation and a prize you like it you buy it. You want to sell our products you join the business and start working. You want to make big money you work harder and you put all of your heart and soul in it. Rome was not built in a day. It takes EFFORT to win. I mean you have to put all your heart in it to win. Just like sports and other business ventures. And if you fail at first you keep going and dont let anything stand in your way. That is how you win! And then people will call you out and say you took advantage of other people and you smile and say. " Cowards you spine less creatures. You sit there paralized with fear spewing your ignorant negativity online stealing honest peoples dreams. STOP talking because your words are poisioning the minds of our next great leaders. Crawl back into the holes you came from you can do no good here" I would rather see someone failing for a decade in Network marketing than sitting at home watching TV and see other people win. Fact is 98% of people retire broke. The real scam is stopping people from taking a chance in life. Go for it people if not WV do anything, it's all about your growth anyway. Everytime you fail you grow and when you grow you live. MD man MLM is the DEVIL wrote: You might as well sell your soul to the devil if you join a MLM. Then when I researched it online i read something about worldventures is in the process of being reviewed my the authorities. Is this true? I am still for Worldventures, but there is but. I would have to disagree with you as I attended a presentation for WV on Saturday and I saw nothing but support, training and a group of well rounded people all working together to make something great happen, Not only for themselves, but for everyone else involved. I witnessed CEO's enjoying a saturday afternoon BBQ with Plumbers and Electricians, and there was no supior or pompas attidudes among the group. Everyone had the same ideas and gaols.I don't about you, but I can not think of the last time somebody who spent years of thier time and thousands of their dollars to educate themselves so they can be in a position to make themselves a hefty 6 figure income take the time to sit down with me and educate me for free on their time on how to create wealth for myself? And please tell me why would someboday deserve to go to hell for doing so?

Get What You Pay For wrote: A $59 Cruise to the Bahamas? Get real people, how nice could that possibly be? Guess these are the same people looking for the 99cent steak dinner in Las Vegas! Actually, that cruise was awesome! I guess you've never been on a World Venture Dream Trip, because if you did, then you wouldn't be talking like that about these incredible trips. I feel sorry for you man... You need a VACATION! You can book it through my website and I'll get the commissions :)

Hi: Not a business partner with WV yet. However I am doing my research and so far even with the negative responses/experiences, I still think this is a great opportunity. Just think about it logically. How could a new company of little over 2 years doing so phenonmenally financiall, if they were truly a scam? By now individuals would have dropped off like flies. This certanily is not the case. Those of you who talk about "money going to top" did you not pay attention to the presentation and business plan? This an opportunity that is open for eveyone for "money to go to the top". Company is saying for everyone you tell and they tell and so on and they have decided to become member to benefit from the travel savings, we will pay you xxx amount of dollars for your word of mouth advertisement. How cool is this? How many times have you gone to see a movie, or eat at a favorite restaurant, or purchas a pair of fabulous pumps at a great price and told your family, friends, neighbours? Well what happen? Chances are they went to see the movie, eat at the restaurant or went to that shoe store right? well whether they were in agreement with you or not, the vendors benefitted from their visits. what did you receive? a referral fee? Monies for word of mouth advertisment? Probably NOT? Wouldn't be nice though if you did? Aaah now you are getting idea!!! As to the others, we spent this entire live time not taking "risks" within reasons. For me I have spent in my life time thousands of dollars and nothing to really "show for it. And for those of us who want to start a business? how much money will you invest? Certainily much more than $400? and even then there is not guarantee for success (most small business fail within....) In conclusion: You have to work. committ yourself have a plan and work that plan. It's not going to come to you just like that. I am in sales and marketing and you better believe constant prospecting is a part of this environment. If all you have is "your family and friends" you are in trouble for real fiancial success. Incorporate some cold calling, network meetings etc. My name is LLoy from atlanta Georgia and I will be a member before this week is out. I will see you guys at the top. In fact I will challenge you to watch my success as I grow with this company.

I am planning to join WV. My friends have been taking trips in it every month and they seem very happy. I've looked at the other travel businesses in the area with similar compensation structure. But they don't offer the same line of products. Worldventures has a Vacation Membership and a Travel Agency Package for a lower price than you pay for the other companies products. One of my friends in WorldVentures has been booking cruises for groups and making commissions that are more than my husbands monthly check. I mean honestly, how many other websites can your run for only 19.99 a month? They seem awesome to me! I think their competitors are sabotaging them on all the search engines though. They must be losing market share. How unprofessional.

I joined World Ventures about a month ago. I have a lot of friends who wanted to join and had no problem getting my first 6 people to make my dues free AND I got super upgrades on my trip to Vegas last weekend when i showed them my IATA letter. I'm not going to quit my job tomorrow, but I've recouped my original investment. Can't wait to go to Egypt!

I have been considering joining WV and have found several complaints on there business, stating that, its a pryamid scheme or rip-off. This information has made me very skeptical about joining, but despite all of the negativity I decided to join anyway. So just remember Life is about taking risks, and of course if you wait for all of the lights to be green you will never go anywhere. Nothing is ever perfect, in fact just research one of your most trusted business as I did, and Guess what? you will find several complaints.
take care

scam wrote: this business is such a piece of shit....the con men running this business are active here in houston....a couple of scumbags that are all related......once you get signed up you will never be able to cancel your account or the withdrawls on your credit/debit card a very pissed off individual... ps> the D.A.'s office in Harris County is investigating WorldVentures.... Obviously you are one of those people who want a get rich quick person, well this isn't the answer!!! You have to work, do your part in taking care of the business. You have to treat it like a real business, just like any other kind of business, just because it did not work for you it means its a scam...wrong!!! I did it for my family just to get discounted cruise prize but when my neighbors here in The Woodlands visited my site they all tried it and they even got our local church group tour booked on my site, it wasn't a very big amount of money but just by looking at that scenario if you give more time to it you will definitely make some money. As I have mentioned I only did it to try a cruise for my family, & since then we have taken 3 cruises already, & because I booked it through my travel website I get the commisions back. My neighbor even got my travel site endorsed to his company w/c they are now using for all their business trips from their sales team to their executives, all this while I am working full time on my job. You won't get anywhere if you don't change your attitude.

If anyone is worried about World Ventures being a pyramid scheme... Go check the structure of the company you are working for right now??? and see for yourself who is making the most. It's the CEO or President or however they set up your company, from there it's going down all the way down to the rank and file employee/ the hourly employee, after you check your own company then come back here and tell me if your supervisor is making more than the CEO of your company!!! Ignorance of how the business structure works!! that is what this people have...
