Are they going to even have time to search for a murderer when the ever so important "click it or ticket" campaign is going on? Murder doesn't make money for the police, anyone want to make a bet the crime is never solved?

Every decision that was ever made in the history on mankind was either about sex drugs or money. Personal gratification always comes first. Humans are no different from any other animal.
