Richmond gets more than $120K in law enforcement stimulus effort

WASHINGTON -- Indiana is getting more than $35 million in stimulus money for law enforcement activities, including $123,461 for Richmond and Wayne County , the White House announced today.

What exactly is this money used for? Is the a motor bike in the horizon? Richmond will not use this money in a wise way. i see so many officers talking on phone driving down road and people passing them at atleast 40 in a 30. Some officers are great some not so sure, bottom line is they better give the ones there a raise. Times are getting worse and would have been nice they paid some good civilians that see more action than some police care to see.
